Bill Goetzler is an Associate Director in the Energy Practice of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NCI) His work focuses on energy-related issues for buildings, performing technology and market assessments, conducting modeling and analysis, and providing strategic planning assistance for public sector organizations, utilities, and manufacturers of products such as HVAC and refrigeration equipment, appliances, building controls, lighting, and renewable energy systems.

Prior to joining NCI, Mr. Goetzler was an Associate Director at Arthur D. Little, Inc. (ADL), where he was responsible for managing the HVAC and Building Energy Systems unit. Previously, he worked as a product development engineer for a leading global HVAC manufacturer.

Mr. Goetzler holds a B.S. from MIT and an M.S. from Stanford University, both in Mechanical Engineering.
