Lee Cooper is Manager of the Emerging Technologies (ET) team at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). He leads a team of energy efficiency ET project and portfolio managers, and represents PG&E on the Emerging Technologies Coordinating Council.

Prior to joining PG&E, Mr. Cooper worked at SAP, Oracle, MITRE Corporation, and Raytheon Company in a variety of management and technical roles.

Mr. Cooper holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.
