Matt Banach, joined Convia, Inc., a Herman Miller subsidiary, in 2006. He is technical lead for the entity and is responsible for product development – from inception, design, and development through manufacturing logistics and deliver. He joined Convia with more than 12 years of product development experience and brings a unique skill set to the Convia leadership team with a background that includes electrical engineering, ASIC design, product R&D, multidisciplined engineering project management, as well as product management and marketing experience.

Before joining Convia, Mr. Banach was assigned the lead role of managing a customer engineering group within Zebra Technologies, which grew to have $30 million in sales revenue, from $2 million in sales revenue in less than three years.
